Digital products

Arctic Software provides digital software products, license keys and online access. Because access is normally granted immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

How to request a review

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the criteria above, contact us at support@arctive.live with your order ID, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue. We may ask for additional information in order to verify your request.

Chargebacks

If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend access to your products while the dispute is under review. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem directly.
